Teddy was adopted this summer by the Garwood's and they joyfully report that he's doing well...still chubby, but quite happy. Just what we like to hear at GSAR! Another happy 'tail' for the books!

Upcoming Events. . .

GSAR is going to be having a busy fall. . . we hope to see you at some of these events. Please email us if you are interested in volunteering.

First Event:
The Dog Training club of Chester County is having Responsible Dog Ownership Day on the 15th of September at their facility in Frazer. Check it out at www.dtccc.org. Adoptive Families are invited to stop by and bring their pets.

Second Event:
Stoltzfus Feed & Supply in Gap is having Furry Friends Field Day on the 22nd of September. This is a great time for anyone interested in animal rescue. All the local rescues are there with a wonderful selection of animals and stories and products. There are games and contests and food. Click the Stoltzfus link above to learn more.

Third Event:
We are planning the Blessing of the Animals for November 4th at Messiah Lutheran Church. This will be our 5th annual Blessing. It is always a wonderful time filled with raffles, pet stories and pictures, and animals waiting to be adopted. We hope you will stop by! More to come soon on this wonderful event.
